At the end of August through early September, I traveled with one of my closest friends to Europe. She’s a huge Beatles fan and for her birthday she wanted to see Liverpool. I have friends there and have traveled there twice before. Unfortunately, my one friend had a last-minute change to his own vacation and we were left without my usual tour guide. The offer to stay at his place was still there, so we avoided having to pay for a hotel.
